This workout is a full body cardio burner using just body weight!
There are two circuits with 7 exercises in each. You’ll do 40s work, 15s rest and repeat each circuit three times before moving on to the next.
Feel free to stop and rest whenever you need to. You could also jog on the spot instead of stopping altogether, to try and continue moving as much as possible.
