This session is a full body cardio superset workout using mostly bodyweight, but you’ll also need dumbbells and a bench or chair.
The circuit consists of 6 supersets which you’ll repeat 4 times each. In superset circuits, you work the same muscle groups in 2 consecutive exercises and in this workout specifically, there is very little rest in-between the exercises. It could get pretty intense!
If it ever feels too much and you need a breather, feel free to pause the video and rest.
Try and make each and every interval challenging by lifting the right amount of weight and moving with the best technique to ensure you’re gaining all the benefits! Be sure not to sacrifice your form for a heavier weight and be mindful of what you’re doing each step of the way!
