This workout consists of 6 mini circuits with 2 exercises in each which you’ll repeat twice. You’ll work longer for the first exercise, whilst the second exercise is shorter.
You’ll need dumbbells and can use a bench for the chest flies if you have one available. If not, you can do the chest flies lying on the floor.
Feel free to stop and rest whenever you need to and simplify any exercises which feel too difficult or complex.
