This class aims to strengthen your core in the safest way possible. It focuses on technique and alignment, improving your posture, balance and mobility. Ideal for those looking to improve their posture, activate their stability muscles or deal with any back or neck injuries. Get ready to feel the burn! Please remember to bring a bottle of water and a towel.

Yoga & Pilates Membership
This pass entitles you to one month of unlimited yoga and pilates classes and one high intensity class per week (choose from either Active Circuit or HIIT FIIT).
High Intensity Membership
This pass entitles you to one month of unlimited Active Circuit and HIIT Fit classes and also one
yoga or pilates session per week.
Entitles you to 5 yoga/pilates classes. These classes are to be used within 6 weeks from the sale date.
Entitles you to one yoga/pilates class. This class is to be used within 1 month from the sale date.
