This high-intensity session fuses controlled, muscle-sculpting strength work with explosive intervals to fire up every major muscle group. Using a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight, you’ll move through sequences designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and stability from the ground up.

Each week brings a fresh flow of strength-based circuits that push your limits and build resilience — no machines, no fluff, just pure strength and sweat. Expect to lift, grind, and rise stronger every Friday morning.
