Throughout each month we aim to educate you on our theme topic to further empower you along your fitness journey.

KICKSTARTER

Ease your way back into your routine after the weekend! Focus on mobility, time under tension, mind-body connection and core strength.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been training for years, this workout will give you the chance to push to your max, building your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance in a short burst of time.

META-STRENGTH

A fun, fast paced circuit workout where we bring out all the toys! A combination of
high intensity training and
strength building.

CIRCUIT SWEAT

Improve your overall fitness with this cardio focused circuit session! Switch between weighted, bodyweight, plyometric, and fast paced cardio exercises.

STRENGTH HIIT

Featuring a variety of our favourite workout styles such as EMOM, AMRAP, TABATA and more! Combining effective high intensity training with pure strength work.

LIFT

Build full body strength, pushing it to the next level. Using a variety of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and more and focusing on low rep ranges.
