The workouts are expertly crafted with ‘mum life’ in mind, ensuring you’re working on all the important aspects of fitness which you can then transfer and apply to your everyday life. You’ll be stronger and fitter to do all the carrying you inevitably need to do as a mum!
The workouts also give you the opportunity to burn fat and lose weight, if that’s one of your goals. There’s no magic trick when it comes to post-natal weight loss, but consistent attendance to these classes WILL make a difference, and we are here to support and coach you along the way.
A Continued focus on core health
Your core isn’t only important during pregnancy and the early postnatal days. In this class, you will be coached on how to look after your core (which includes your pelvic floor) and also be able to continue working on healing cases such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction.
This class is a specialised post-natal class that also caters to mums who have no post-birth symptoms and are simply looking for a brilliant workout.

Personal core education
Correct awareness and understanding of your core goes beyond training your abdominals. It gives you an intensive, thorough grasp on how a functioning and supportive core is vital to a woman’s well-being throughout all ages and stages in life. By equipping yourself with this knowledge, you will be able to enjoy all activities and age gracefully. This is a one time session.
