About the class

This class is designed to include exercises and intervals which give you the chance to lift heavy and build and develop your muscles.

The time intervals are always varied and sometimes the session is completely free with no timer at all. The main aim is to give you enough time to work through a lower rep range with heavier weights while also allowing enough recovery time between sets.

We always focus on technique and form so that you can learn in the process and don’t risk injury

Dumbbell Back Exercises

Even though the focus is on heavy lifting, ‘heavy’ is different for everyone and you will never be forced to lift anything more than you can handle or feel comfortable with. We’re here to guide through progressing from lighter weights to heavier ones in a safe manner so don’t be deterred from joining this class if you’re a beginner.
