This is a fast-paced class which can be adapted to any fitness level. The workout is constantly varied but always designed to include exercises that build cardiovascular fitness and endurance – it will get very sweaty!

The exercises chosen could be bodyweight and high impact, but even low impact using weights!
The timing intervals in the session are carefully crafted to give the desired high intensity effect helping you burn calories throughout your day. You will leave energised and most likely red in the face!
