A strength class with HIIT elements… it’s all in the name! HIIT (high intensity interval training) does not necessarily mean cardio training. It simply means intervals which are planned in such a way that they create a high intensity workout. Our Strength HIIT class is just that!
About the class
We use HIIT intervals such as EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata and other brilliant ones concocted by our instructors, to create a strength-based workout that makes you sweat, pant, and delivers the burn! This class will take your fitness to the next level, and it’s always a blast with our fun playlists and the great vibes our community members create!
