We take pride in carefully crafting fun, effective classes which hit all the aspects of fitness needed to become strong, healthy and functional. Our instructors are here to look after you, adapting the workout to your level and needs, teaching you and giving you the personal attention that you deserve, even in a group setting! All while being part of a buzzing community!
GROUNDWORK
Start your week strong (and maybe a little sore)! This mat-based strength and mobility session is slower-paced but seriously powerful. Mindful, challenging, and the perfect Monday reset for body and mind.
ENGINE
Ignite your engine with this HYROX-inspired cardio challenge! Blast through ski ergs, sled pushes, burpees, and more in a fast-paced circuit that tests your limits. Cardio has never flown faster — power, pace, and grit all in one session!
PULSE
Power up your fitness with our dynamic circuit-based training! Each session blends strength and high-energy moves using barbells, kettlebells, TRX, sandbags, and more. Every week brings a new challenge to build full-body strength, stamina, and serious sweat!
LACE UP
Join our weekly guided running sessions — perfect if you’re new to running or looking for the motivation of a supportive group.
ELEVATE
Take it to the mat and ELEVATE your strength. This high-intensity strength session blends dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight for total-body power. Every Friday — end your week with a bang and leave it all on the mat!
STACKED
Slow it down and get STACKED — a mindful, strength-focused circuit built on control and intention. ♀️ Using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, you’ll move with purpose through powerful compound lifts. Less rush, more focus — this is strength in its most grounded form.

WHAT IS THE CLASS DURATION?
Studio classes last for approximately 55 minutes.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
At the Active Spirit studio in Madliena, very close to Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq.
I’M A COMPLETE BEGINNER, ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?
Yes, absolutely! Every class is adapted to suit your individual needs and current fitness level. We’ll start with gentle, simple movements so you can focus on good technique, build confidence, and progress safely at your own pace.
HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?
You can book classes directly through this website or through the Active Spirit app, downloadable from the App Store or Google Play Store. The booking window for each class depends on which membership/ class pack you have. For Class packs the booking window opens 1 week in advance. With the Unlimited Membership (3-Month Plan) the booking window opens 30 days in advance. With the One Month Unlimited Membership the booking window opens 14 days in advance. No bookings can be made prior to this time frame. The booking window for each class closes 1hr before the class starts in order to allow us time to plan.

CAN I TRY A CLASS BEFORE COMMITTING?
Yes. Simply choose the single class option at check out.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLACE?
You can cancel your place in class by logging into your account on the Active Spirit app or this website.
For morning classes, cancellations must be made AT LEAST 12 hours before the class starts. For evening classes, the cancellation window is 6 hours.
Class Packs: If the above cancellation windows are not respected and the class is late canceled, the class credit will be automatically deducted from your balance and will not be refunded. For no shows, a charge of €5 will be automatically charged to your payment method.
For Unlimited memberships: If the above cancellation windows are not respected the following applies: For late cancellations, a €5 penalty will be incurred from the 2nd time you late cancel and any subsequent late cancellations within the membership period. For no shows, a €10 penalty will be incurred from the first instance and for any subsequent no shows within the membership period. Penalties are automatically charged to your payment method.
For personal training and private group training: Cancellations are to be made not less than 24hrs before the scheduled session. Full payment is due for late cancellations and no-shows.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
We always do our utmost to include everyone who wishes to join our sessions. If the session is full, we suggest that you join the waitlist. That way we will know that you wish to attend and do our very best to accommodate you.
