ABOUT THE CLASS
HIIT Fit is a variation of Active Circuit – A fun, fast paced, high intensity fitness class! This class is designed to allow you to reach your optimal strength, fitness and in-turn burn fat, feel good and look GREAT!!
During HIIT Fit you will carry-out explosive, fast-paced power movements in 20+ second sets, with interval rests between each rep. This class is designed to maximize body power by incorporating jumps, push ups, burpees etc. In this class you’ll works your entire body; enhancing athletic performance, building muscle, toning and fat loss. Like with Active Circuit, this class elevates your heart rate resulting in a high metabolic rate for hours after the session. This is essentially means you are burning fat throughout your day.
The class involves a warm-up and cool-down; 30 or 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); either through floor work or varied circuit stations. These rotations provide explosive whole body challenges to build muscle strength and muscular endurance and improve cardio power and body co-ordination. Each class is varied and is designed in this way to keep things exciting and challenging so you don’t fall under that monotonous “gym workout” routine. Being able to workout in an upbeat, friendly environment, using exceptional workout equipment, with easy parking, amazing trainers, will make getting dressed and out the door to exercise so effortless.
